Villa Vicente is a modern 250 m2 designer villa on an 800 m2 plot and enjoying a sunny hilltop position in Canyelles. The villa offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills and countryside from every room in the house. The views are so extensive that it is sometimes possible to see the snowcapped Pyrenees Mountains. It offers an isolated location that is ideal for a highly relaxing and private family holiday. The villa is arranged over 2 levels with beautiful wooden floors throughout and is entered through the driveway and up a flight of stairs to either the main entrance or around the side of the villa to the garden and pool area. There is secure on-site parking for 3 cars as well as unlimited and free off-site parking in front of the villa.

The spacious garden is ideal to enjoy the beautiful weather and the 8m x 4m private swimming pool will delight both kids and adults. There is plenty of covered space for seeking shade on hot summer afternoons. The small centre of Canyelles with its wide range of amenities, including a Sunday market, restaurants, a park and horse riding stables is just a 5 minute drive. There are also a number of wonderful trails for hiking or cycling that start from the villa and take you to the market town and cava producing center of Vilafranca del Penedes, as well as the historic castle of Olerdola. The most visited theme park of Spain (Port Aventura) is a 45-minute drive. You will reach the bustling resorts of Sitges and Vilanova with their bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches within 15 minutes, Barcelona Airport within 30 minutes, Reus Airport within 40 minutes, Girona Airport within 80 minutes and the center of world-famous Barcelona within 45 minutes.
