The Villa

Entrance Level

The entrance level includes a toilet with a sink, a large open-plan and air-conditioned living room featuring comfortable sofas, seats, Samsung Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a spacious dining area offering seating for 8 people. From the living room, big glass triple doors allow you to enter the pool and garden area. The back of the villa opens out to a large terrace with chill-out area and a dining table with an extra fridge. The terrace has direct access to the (artificial) grass lawns and the 8m x 4m swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing space and sun-loungers. The pool can be reached by small stairs with a gate that can be closed for the safety of young children.

The kitchen is just a step down from the dining area and offers further seating and a fully-equipped kitchen including electric cooking plate, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and double sink.

First Floor

Stairs from the entrance level lead up to the first floor where all 4 bedrooms are located. The first bedroom on the right is a large master bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the pool area and garden. Further down the corridor are the remaining 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. All the bedrooms are bright, modern and equipped with air-conditioning. Villa Vicente can sleep up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 – Double bed (200×200 cm) with wardrobe and large terrace with seats and sun lounger (pool and mountain view)

Bedroom 2 – Double bed (150×190 cm) with wardrobe (valley view)

Bedroom 3 – Double bed (180×200 cm) with wardrobe (valley view)

Bedroom 4 – Single beds (2x 90×200 cm) and a sofa bed (105×190 cm) with wardrobe (the 2 single beds can also be converted into a double bed of 180×200 cm) – (pool and mountain view)

Bathroom 1 – En-suite (in bedroom 1) with large shower, toilet & double sink

Bathroom 2 – with large bath, shower, toilet & sink
